Zen Retreat is a boutique hotel offering accommodation services to travelers, executives, and families visiting Kozhikode.

2. Reservations & Booking

Reservations can be made through our website inquiry form, phone, email, or other communication channels.

  • All bookings are subject to room availability.

  • Submitting a booking inquiry through the website does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by our team.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

A reservation will be considered confirmed only after:

  • Confirmation from Zen Retreat via phone or email.

  • Receipt of any required advance payment.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard timings may vary but typically follow these guidelines:

Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards
Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Guests must present a valid government-issued ID during check-in.

Accepted IDs may include:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Passport

  • Driving License

  • Voter ID

4. Guest Occupancy

Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.

Additional guests may require:

  • Prior approval from the hotel

  • Additional charges

Visitors may be allowed in guest rooms only with prior approval from the hotel management.

5. Payment Policy

Payment terms may vary depending on the booking type.

Guests may be required to:

  • Pay a partial advance payment to confirm the booking

  • Complete the remaining payment during check-in

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in may qualify for a refund of the advance payment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Guest Conduct

Zen Retreat reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if hotel policies are violated.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

Charges for repair, replacement, or cleaning may be applied if necessary.

9. Parking

Zen Retreat may offer limited parking facilities for guests.

While reasonable care is taken, the hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings parked within the premises.

10. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

Zen Retreat will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to valuables unless deposited with hotel management where applicable.
