At Zen Retreat, we aim to provide a smooth booking experience for our guests.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after direct communication with our team via phone or email and receipt of any required advance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Guests are requested to inform us as early as possible if they need to cancel their reservation.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the check-in date may be eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
If applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No-Show Policy
Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any advance payment.
Modification of Booking
Changes to booking dates or guest details may be possible subject to availability.
